The completion time for orders is running four weeks for most wigs. Some wigs require a longer wait time. Please see listing for exact order times. If you have a rush, please message us before you place your order to make sure we can accommodate your request!
UK customers! We are only able to ship items under a certain dollar amount. If the wig you want does not show shipping to UK, please contact us!
We are currently accepting custom wig order requests! Please note that due to wig shortages, we may not be able to accept your request at this time.
Accessories generally ship within 2-3 business days unless otherwise noted in listing.
Business hours: M-F 10am-6pm Arizona time. I try to answer questions periodically throughout the day but please note during busy season it can take 24-48 hours to return your message!

I do not use cheap, costume quality hair!
If you require a rush, please message BEFORE you buy. I cannot guarantee the date you need it by if you do not ask ahead of time!!! I reserve the right to cancel any rush that does not contact me
We do not offer restyling on any of our wigs
Please know that we do not accept returns for fit! All our wigs are created using a standard head size and made on a professional block.
